So to begin with our 4 years search came to an end when we visited the Aqua Millennium site in October 2020.
It is thoughtfully planned and well equipped with all basic amenities. They are very well known for the quality of construction and good quality service. The staff members are very co-operative and helped us throughout the purchasing process and even after that for any raised concern. One of the best things about this group is that they handed over our house as per the proposed date. When we decided to purchase own home, has become very challenging to find best quality construction and trustworthy builder. We visited so many sites, but it was not upto the benchmark, but after visited “Millennium Developers” site and their staff members, feels a strong good and trust factor. From our first meeting we feel very comfortable with their representative Madhuri who discussed our requirements & budget with us. Right from Architecture of the Flat, directions , Amenities, parking of the project are beneficial. Coming to What makes me want to buy the property with Millennium developers . 1. Most Appreciated is Layout of the property. All Flats are East-West facing as per Vastu shastra. Also Zero dead space is a key feature I must say this.2. All Staff & Executives are not providing any false or fake information rather not giving any false commitments.2. Coming to the most challenging part which is Finance. Millennium developers are having very good names in the Market & so in the Bank too. Millennium has provided a flexible payment schedule which solves my financial difficulties and also makes me buy the property.

Millennium Pacific is a very nice project the Reason behind to purchase this property
1) Amenities and carpet are is utilised property, as per my requirement i got proper carpet area and attached balcony to hall attached entrance.
2) Main area connectivity because its very near to dange chowk and BRT , hardly in 2km distance we have all the facilities like hospital, market,mall,inox cinema, garden etc.
3) I visited many other projects and compare the prices so i founded millennium Pacific in a less price they are providing all the needed stuff also like, pop ,False ceiling, led lights, kitchen trolley, covered parking.
4) people's are very supportive specially the Ajmer mulani and Ashraf they supporting a lot in payment and loan process which is really helpful for me.
