Founded in 2015 by Mr. Sachin Kukreja and Mr. Haresh Abichandani, Millennium Developers is a Pune-based real estate company driven by a vision to make homeownership more transparent, dependable, and customer-focused. Over the years, we’ve delivered 18 projects, developed approximately 25 lakh sq. ft., and earned the trust of over 2,500 families across Pune. With 1,200 homes currently under construction and a development pipeline of nearly 30 lakh sq. ft., the brand continues to strengthen its presence across Wakad, Punawale, Tathawade, North Hinjewadi, and Susgaon.
